What if I am not satisfied with my match?
We offer free replacements within 30 days.
How do time zones work?
Our Filipino hires operate during U.S. hours with the exception of those roles that do not require work during U.S working hours.
How do payments work?
Once we’ve matched you with a remote team member, you’ll receive a clear monthly invoice (typically $1,000–$1,500 per employee, depending on the role). Payments are made securely through QuickBooks via ACH, credit card, or other major methods. Billing is monthly with no hidden fees.
